Unfortunately, we don’t have a ‘Tap and Go’ system in Vienna.
However, if you download the ‘ÖBB Tickets’ app onto your mobile, enter your details and credit card information, you can use ‘Simply Go’ – you’ll find the button in the app. This allows you to check in and out of your journey, and you’ll receive your invoice by email the following day. The maximum fare for journeys within Vienna is currently EUR 9.00. You can make as many journeys as you like; you’ll only pay the maximum fare.

We’d like you to give participants the opportunity to chat, so there are no plans for a VIP speaker’s room; however, if you have calls during the conference where you need some peace and quiet, please get in touch with Manuela – we’ll find a suitable room for you.
Are your feet aching? ITSM Partner will have a stand with sofas and comfortable armchairs, where chargers will also be available.
We offer full catering throughout the day – this naturally includes speakers as well.
Do you have any food intolerances or dietary preferences? Let us know, and we’ll pass this on to the caterers.
Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan options are always available.
